1. Agreement to Terms

   By downloading, installing, or using the Forex Event Calendar mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

   The App is provided by Omar Farooq Shah ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of the App

   The App displays economic calendar items, data release information, and related news-style content fetched for viewing. It is not a trading platform, broker, bank, or registered investment adviser.

3. Not Financial Advice

   Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Schedules, headlines, and figures may be incomplete or delayed. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and for complying with laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

   You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to harm the App or other users. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property

   The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in line with the app store terms from which you obtained the App.

6. Third-Party Services

   The App may integrate third-party services (such as advertising and analytics providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies. Content shown in the App may come from third-party sources; we do not control or endorse all such content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

   The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that information is accurate or timely.

8. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the App is free.

9. Changes

   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above will be revised when material changes are made.
