1. Agreement to Terms

   By downloading, installing, or using the Satta Matka Kalyan mobile application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

   The App is provided by Omar Farooq Shah ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of the App

   The App offers informational content related to Satta Matka and similar topics for convenience only. We are not a gambling operator, bookmaker, or financial institution. We do not accept wagers, stakes, or payments for play through the App.

3. Eligibility and Local Laws

   The App is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the App and any activities you pursue outside the App comply with the laws and regulations that apply to you. We make no representation that the App or its content is lawful in your jurisdiction.

   The App, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use in line with the app store terms from which you obtained the App.

   The App may integrate third-party services (such as advertising and analytics providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

   The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that content is complete or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

   To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App (if any) in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if the App is free.

10. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above will be revised when material changes are made.
